1. The service

Retro Game is a private emulator front-end for a small household group. Access is by invitation; the owner approves accounts. The owner may revoke access at any time.

2. Accounts

Sign in is via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; do not share credentials or sessions.

3. Content and copyright

This application does not grant any rights to games, ROMs, BIOS files, or other content it links to or streams. Content is provided by third parties. You must only use content you are legally entitled to access in your jurisdiction. The operator makes no claim of ownership or redistribution rights over any game or firmware.

4. Saves

Saves are stored server-side per account, best-effort. No backup guarantee — keep your own copies of anything important.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, no automated bulk access, no attempts to access other users' saves or admin functions, no uploading of malicious content. Violations end access immediately.

6. Warranty & liability

Service is provided "as is", with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of this service. Emulation accuracy is not guaranteed; save data may be lost.

7. Changes

These terms may change at any time; continued use after changes means acceptance.
